One of my sons has recently started playing lacrosse. He loves it and so do I. The field they play on is close to this farm which caught my eye. I had to sketch it. The late afternoon light was irresistable.

Chuck, I always love seeing you at work like this! You drew this on site and painted later? I can't imagine that you'd just happen to have a travel paintbox with you, since you probably weren't expecting to paint at the time. Anyway, you've really got a good memory for light and color. This is charming.
