I'm still swamped, but...

...for your listening pleasure I present my son and his swingin' band that has yet to be named. Here's a song they recoreded yesterday:
12:51 - by The Strokes.

My son also has a thriving solo career on his own. Here's a groovy little number he laid down just the other night: Lounge

What a cool kid.

You can check out his blog and listen to more of his music at GarageTunes.

A word like "swingin'" isn't going to get you much respect from that crowd! Congratulations to your son. Obviously a reflection of superb parental genes.

ha! I was gonna say someting about the "swingin" thing too!

I listened to "Lounge"... VERY COOL! It kind of has a "Jazz" feel to it the way it's laid down, but I can imagine it totally rockin out too.

It must be crazy and awesome to watch your kids grow up and develop their talents!

You are such a great proud papa---and believe me, I know the feeling (well, not the papa part.) What talented and handsome children you have, but look at the papa from whence they came. It figures.

Wow -- your son's band is surprisingly tight to be so young -- really cool recording! And I love his lounge piece -- puts me in the mind of somebody, not jazz but some rock and roll person who did some acoustical stuff, but I can't quite put my finger on who. Did he write the piece? I'm gonna go check out his blog now!

Hey Linda. I'm proud to say he did write that lounge piece. He's quite a young man.
