A Day to Remember

As my brother has reminded me, today my family should remember my mother passing. Some of you may have seen this before. But I post it again in her memory. The weird thing is, my wife just washed and repaired a teddy bear my mother made, not realizing the date. The bear's up on our bed in a place of honor.

Thanks Rick.

Hey Chuck,
You captured her in a better way then any photo could do. Thanks for posting your drawing of her. Yup Bill, she is missed by all that knew her and loved her. I'm sure she is missing you and the twins too.

Hey Chuck, long time no see. I've been under the "gun" as well with other "Everyday Matters." This is a lovely drawing of your mother. It makes me want to go ahead with a project I have in mind to do a piece off my parents' wedding portrait: 1944.
