Chuck, this came out just beautifully, and no, I really cannot get enough of the dog... I love dogs (I have a Siberian Husky!).
The light effect of the sunshine is right on... lovely!
I know it sounds trite, but the color just brings this alive.
(And why does it seem like there are more squiggly letters to figure out each time I come back here?)

This was worth the wait! The light is captured beautifully and Dusty is adorable. Your love for him shines through every drawing and painting you do of him. They are always superb!
Ah thanks Terri. I think I draw him too much sometimes. But he loves to just sit still! It does my heart good that you can see how much I love the ol' hound in a drawing I did.

Great watercolor, and I love the fact that you love your family. My husband is like that too. I guess that and the art makes you a keeper!
